How to display inline images.

1. Click on the little image icon in the tool bar above the box in which you type your message. The "insert/edit image" window will pop up.
2. Click on the little icon next to the "image URL" field.
3. Click on the "upload" button on the top left of the resulting "file browser" window.
4. Click on "choose file"
5. Select the image (or up to ten images) from your hard drive. and the click the "upload" button on the right.
6. Then, at the top of the "file Browser" window, click on "send to tinymce"
7. The image will be automatically resized to 480x480 to fit in the window
8. Lastly click the "insert" button at the bottom left of the "insert/edit image" window. And you're done.
Make sure your input settings (in the menu below) is set to full HTML for the image to appear.
